Accurate Information: Companies must provide truthful and up-to-date information about their organization, roles, and compensation. Misleading job descriptions may lead to account suspension.

Role Posting Standards: Job postings must include accurate job title, responsibilities, required skills, compensation range, and expected timelines. Vague postings reduce recruiter quality and may be removed.

Recruiter Selection: Companies may select one or more recruiters per role. Commitments made to a recruiter (e.g., agreed timelines, feedback cycles) must be honoured in good faith.

Timely Feedback: Companies are expected to provide structured feedback within 5 business days of a candidate submission. Unresponsiveness affects recruiter performance metrics and may be flagged.

No Direct Solicitation: After a recruiter submits a candidate through OpenHire360, companies may not contact, hire, or engage that candidate directly for any role without paying the applicable platform commission.

Commission Agreement: Fee percentage is agreed upon at the time of recruiter selection. Any retroactive renegotiation after a candidate is shortlisted or offered is not permitted without written platform consent.

Invoice & Payment: OpenHire360 will issue an invoice upon confirmed joining. Payment must be made via the platform's designated payment gateway. Cash or bank transfers outside the platform are prohibited.

Data Privacy: Candidate data accessed through OpenHire360 may only be used for the specific role for which they were submitted. Repurposing or sharing candidate data is a violation of our privacy policy and applicable law.

Account Conduct: OpenHire360 reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban companies that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm the integrity of the marketplace.
